Any arbitration procedure under these conditions takes place on an individual basis; Class arbitration proceedings and class/representation class actions are not permitted. Either you or Cesta Collective can file claims only in any individual quality, and not as a complainant or class member in a supposed, collective and/or representative class, as in the form of a private attorney general against the other. Visiting the site or sending emails to Cesta Collective is an electronic communication. You agree to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, communications, disclosures and other communications that we make available to you electronically, by email and on the website meet all legal requirements that such communications must be made in writing. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your items. All returned items must be new, unused, with all slope tags still attached and in the original dust bags. All items purchased at the promotion are the final sale. Returns that do not comply with our directive are not accepted and returned to the customer. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email from us. Your refund will be posted on your statement within 14 days. Most orders are processed immediately. Cesta Collective`s products are only sold online in limited quantities and in availability. We present our articles as accurately as possible on the website and provide a full written description of all products sold. Please note that variations in style, colour, size, shape, feel and appearance may occur depending on the production and/or fabrics offered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order in accordance with our return policy or contact our customer service at support@cestacollective.com for additional support. A foreign employer must ensure that, when its workers are seconded to the RS, the following documents are kept in the place where the activity is carried out and, at the request of the supervisory authority, can be made available for consultation: a copy of the contract between the client and the service provider or a copy of the deed of detachment and its translation into Slovenian; A registered certificate of service delivery filed; copies of employment contracts and their translations into Slovenian; copies of payrolls Attendance records proof of wages paid or copies of the same documents for all seconded workers; A1 forms. In accordance with the provisions of the Labour Relations Act (available in Slovenian) (Official Journal 21/13), the worker is entitled to an additional allowance for years of service and additional compensation for specific working conditions such as night work, overtime work, Sunday work and work on public holidays and days off, while the collective agreement may set working conditions related to specific workplace loads, adverse environmental effects and workplace hazards that are not related to work difficulty. Cesta Collective reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate access to the Site and the services or parts of services that are related to it at any time and without notice. To the extent permitted by law, this Agreement is subject to the laws of the State of New York and you hereafter accept the exclusive jurisdiction and jurisdiction of New York in all disputes arising from or related to the use of the Site.
